As said before, Cavan Street functions as a very long parking lot, however, Cavan doesn't have to be a very large, ugly slab of asphalt. Lined with trees and planters Cavan can offer vehicle parking to support the retail in the study area in a way that is attractive and efficient.

 

A remodel of this street could also include an improved pedestrian connection between the Nob Hill community and the downtown.
